About Ican

Ican is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce by providing opportunities to individuals with disabilities. We are offering a Business Administration Learnership for people with disabilities, aimed at providing practical work experience, skills development, and career growth. The learnership program will help you build your administrative capabilities and prepare you for future opportunities in the business world.

Documents Required:

• Certified copy of ID.
• Certified proof of Address
• Latest School results or Matric Certificate (must be certified)
• Proof of Disability.
• Copy of Tax Number
• Proof of Bank account

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 (preferred).
• Must be a person with a disability.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
