📌 Key Responsibilities
As a Marketplace Sales Intern, you will:
✔ Support sellers with basic account management and operational queries
✔ Assist sellers in understanding platform tools, processes, and best practices
✔ Monitor seller performance metrics and identify improvement areas
✔ Help improve product listings, catalogue quality, and stock availability
✔ Support promotional activities by coordinating submissions and tracking results
✔ Assist in preparing performance reports, trackers, and dashboards
✔ Escalate operational or technical issues to relevant internal teams
✔ Participate in seller training sessions and webinars
✔ Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and actions taken
