💳 Cashiers (Front Counter)
The face of the restaurant.
- Take customer orders
- Process payments

🔥 General Workers (Back of House)
Includes:
- Grillers
- Food preparers
- Cleaners
You’ll help ensure every meal meets Nando’s quality standards.
🍽 Front of House (Waitrons / Hosts)
- Welcome and seat customers
- Maintain a clean dining area
- Support overall customer experience
2️⃣ Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide friendly and efficient customer service
✔ Learn the full Nando’s menu (including spice levels 🌶)
✔ Maintain strict health and safety standards
✔ Work as part of a fast-paced team
✔ Ensure accurate and timely order delivery
3️⃣ Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Youth focus (typically 18–35 years old)
- Grade 12 (Matric) preferred (not always required for general worker roles)

- High energy and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
